Acceptable Reasons for Repeat Cycle (Practicals and Assignments)

Students with following acceptable reasons are only allowed to participate for the repeat cycle of same semester. Otherwise, the student have to complete the incomplete Practicals and Assignments with next batch as a repeat candidate.

• Medical reason (Government medical is required)
• Medical reason of parents (Medical and Proofing document to prove you are the only capable guardian are required)
• Funeral of own family member (Father, Mother or own brother or sister) (death Certificate is required – period within one week from date of death is allowed)
• Any Legal matter (Relevant documents are required)
• Natural Disaster (Document certified by AGA is required)

Please mention your index number and list of practicals and assignments (with subject codes) you missed during the allowable time-period back of the copy of the proofing document and submit to DP(A)
