TRANSCRIPTS & CERTIFICATION
NOTICE
All Students who come to the Institute of Engineering Technology-Katunayake to collect certificates or to ensure that the certificates are true copies, must call the certificate division and book a date as follows;
For Transcript – Before 01 Month
For Other Certificate – Before 01 Week
Students can only collect certificates or transcripts in working
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9.00 am- 15.00 pm.
How to Apply Any Certification Online
1. Download the Application From the web.
2. Fill that Document and send it with Scanned pdf document of all pages in your
Record Book to the following Email.

How to Request a Verified Certificate
1. Send a Request letter with Scanned pdf documents of Detail certificate and NDES Diploma
2. Certificate to the following Email.
